TLM 170R Nİ STEREO SET Geniş Diyafram Stüdyo Mikrofonu
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Neumann has a long history of creating microphones full of charm and character. The Neumann TLM 170 R multi-pattern large diaphragm condenser mic ushers in a new era for Neumann by offering a neutral, transparent sound with no coloration. Equipped with a -10 dB pad, a low cut filter, and five polar pattern options, the TLM 170 R is ideal for sessions in professional recording studios, broadcasting, film and television and more.
The stereo set includes two factory-matched TLM 170 Rs, shock mounts for each, and an aluminum carrying case.
FIVE SELECTABLE POLAR PATTERNS
Select between traditional cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure-8 patterns—as well as wide-angle cardioid and hypercardioid for the perfect amount of ambience. When compared to the standard cardioid pattern, the hypercardioid characteristic suppresses sound from the side more efficiently. The wide-angle polar pattern is especially useful to record large sound sources.
Use the sixth position, marked "R”, to control the directional patterns remotely with the N 48 R-2 power supply. The N 48 R-2 controls the polar pattern remotely by varying the phantom voltage. The range is ± 3 V of the nominal 48 V value. Connect the N 48 R-2 using a standard 3-pin microphone cable up to 1000 feet.
INNOVATIVE DESIGN
The TLM 170 was the first microphone to utilize Neumann’s highly successful FET 100 technology, which offers higher output and, lower self noise level, and improved transient response.
The TLM 170 R combines FET 100 technology with Neumann’s K89 capsule—also found in the U89, TLM170 and TLM193 microphones. The K 89 capsule utilizes a unique design that offers a distinctly less colorful sound than the CK12 or K67 capsules found in the CK 12 and C414 mics.
Equipped with a -10 dB attenuation pad, the TLM 170 R is ideal for capturing instruments with high sound pressure levels, such as drum kits and guitar cabs. The switchable high-pass filter makes it easy to remove unwanted low-end caused by the proximity effect when recording vocals.
